Statistics about Auckland
A range of organisations collect statistics about the state of the region’s economy, community, and environment. There is no single list of all the statistics that are collected at the regional level. The best way to find them is to start with the Knowledge Auckland data and mapping catalogue and the Auckland in Profile interactive mapping tool. If you don’t find what you are after, then head to the ‘Statisphere’ website: A comprehensive list of New Zealand statistics, indexed by subject, with links to data files.
Auckland @ Digital NZ
The Digital NZ project is basically a giant search engine designed to connect you to New Zealand’s online resources. If you are looking for a wider range of Auckland resources, including books, research, magazine articles, images, audio, and video check out the Auckland information search engine on the Digital NZ site.
